No matter what goals you have set for yourself in life, you have to be committed. It’s through commitment that you’ll continue to make the improvements needed to better yourself and in turn, a happier life.

The Health & Happiness Project is a 4-week program designed to help keep you accountable with daily goals, personal development, weight loss goals, exercise goals and more. This project is designed to help you take the time to reflect on your life and make conscious efforts at creating a healthier, happier life.

My goal with designing this program, is that you will bond with the people in the group, that you will find inspiration and accountability to creating a happier, healthier life.
